1. TERMS OF WEBSITE USE

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of this website, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must refrain from using our site.

2. INFORMATION ABOUT US

uchuz.co.uk is a site operated by U Chuz Ltd, Head Office, 12b Riverside Court, Mayo Avenue, Dundee, DD2 1XD ("We"). We are registered under company number 6606071 and have our registered office at U Chuz Ltd, c/o Williamson & Soden, 54 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, B90 3LS. Our VAT number is TBC.

3. ACCESSING OUR SITE

3.1. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

4.3.4.5. promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age;

4.3.4.6. infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person;

4.3.5. be likely to deceive any person;

4.3.6. be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence;

4.3.7. promote any illegal activity;

4.3.8. be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;

4.3.9. be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;

4.3.10. be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;

4.3.11. give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case;

4.3.12. advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

Suspension and Timing

4.3.13. We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through you use of our site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take whatever action we deem appropriate.

4.3.14. Failure to comply with the acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the terms and conditions of use upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

4.3.14.1. immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site;

4.3.14.2. immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site;

4.3.14.3. issue of a warning to you;

4.3.14.4. initiation of legal proceedings against you for damages and reimbursement of all legal costs on an indemnity basis (including but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;

4.3.14.5. initiation of further legal action against you;

4.3.15. We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR MINORS

13.3. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
